- To qualify for a $4,500 Marketing package refund the following must occur:
- An agency agreement must be signed with Matt Corin and Maggie Gao of Harcourts Cooper & Co Milford.
- The agency agreement must be signed and dated within the promotional period.
- The property must be signed as a sole agency with Harcourts Cooper & Co Milford for 90 days.
- The property must go live on the market and a minimum marketing package of $4,500 must be booked and paid towards marketing for the property.
- If the property is withdrawn prior to going to market then $500 is to be re-paid to Matt & Maggie within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the Promotion and to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time.
- The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash.
